Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a Bizkar account or use Bizkar CRM ("the service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use Bizkar on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation and confirm that you may do so.

Accounts and organizations

• You need a verified email address to create an account. Keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• An organization belongs to the organisation it was created for. Its owners manage billing, and its administrators manage members and their roles. An organization always has at least one owner.
• You are responsible for what happens in your organization, including the actions of the members you invite.

Plans and billing

• Every organization starts on the Free plan. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Indian rupees through Razorpay, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you turn off auto-renew. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then the organization moves to the Free plan.
• A change to another paid plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If a payment fails, we may limit the organization to the Free plan until it is paid.
• Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.
• We may change prices. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell organization owners before it does.

Your data

• You own the data you put into your organization. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and support the service.
• You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data you put into your CRM, and for telling the people concerned where the law requires it.
• To resolve a support request we may access your organization only while your organization has granted access, for the period you choose, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your administrators can revoke that access at any time, and are told each time a session takes place.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data about you.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law, or use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• try to access another organization's data, or get around limits, permissions or security controls;
• probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission (see ourSecurity page for reporting vulnerabilities);
• upload malware, or use the service in a way that harms it or other customers.

We may suspend an organization that breaks these rules, and will tell its owners why unless the law stops us.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on in a paid plan, we will tell organization owners in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time; turn off auto-renew first so you are not charged again. Organization owners can ask us to close an organization and delete its data by writing toprivacy@bizkar.in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and tell organization owners by email before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
