Getting started with Bizkar CRM, and how to reach us when you need a hand.
Getting started
1. Create your account
Sign up with your email and a password, and you go straight in. Confirm your address from the email we send before inviting anyone.
2. Name your organization
Your organization holds your company’s data. You can belong to more than one.
3. Invite your team
Invite people by email and give each a role that decides what they can see and change.
4. Set it up your way
Add your deal stages, lead sources and other picklists, your products, and any custom fields you need.
Common questions
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? and we will email you a link to set a new one.
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
In Bizkar CRM, open Settings → Account and follow the link to your account page. You can set up an authenticator app there.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Organization owners can choose a plan in Settings → Billing. Payment is handled by Razorpay. See Pricing for what each plan includes.
Can I bring in my existing data?
You can import your product catalogue from a CSV file today. For other records, contact us and we will help.
